This weekend I dropped my 'Blue Sand Series' into the Waihi Beach Gallery. The place was buzzing with people checking out the amazing art on the walls, and picking up a coffee while they were there. What a great atmosphere!
My 'Blue Sand Series' is a whimsical wee look at shells. Using acrylic inks and paints and working the paint using combs and other assorted implements. This has created an organic and definite beach feel.
These smaller H45cm x W60cm sized paintings work really well as a set.
